Green Mountain Digital, maker of the Yonder photo/video sharing app focused on outdoor recreation, a Woodstock, Vt.-based, has raised $3.8 million in Series B funding from Monster Worldwide (NYSE: MWW), the Vermont Seed Capital fund and individual angels. www.greenmountaindigital.com

Infraredx Inc.
, a Burlington, Mass.-based developer of medical devices for the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease, has raised $25 million in equity funding from existing strategic partner Nipro Corp. (Tokyo: 8086). Maginatics, a Mountain View, Calif.-based provider of storage solutions for distributed enterprises, has raised $17 million in Series B funding. Intel Capital led the round, and was joined by WestSummit Capital, Comcast Ventures and return backers Atlantic Bridge and VMware. www.maginatics.com

MicuRx Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Hayward, Calif.-based developer of antibiotics to combat infections due to resistant bacteria, has raised $25 million in Series B funding. BVCF led the round, and was joined by return backers Morningside Group and Devon Park Bioventures. www.micurx.com

NakedWines.com, a UK-based platform that lets customers sponsor independent winemakers in exchange for discounts, has raised $10 million in third-round funding from Germany’s WIV Wein International AG.www.nakedwines.com

NoRedInk, a developer of online grammar courses and tracking solutions, has raised $2 million in VC funding. Backers include Charles River Ventures, Google Ventures, Learn Capital and Social+Capital Partnership. www.noredink.com

SugarCRM, a Cupertino, Calif.-based provider of customer relationship management solutions, has raised $40 million in equity funding from Goldman Sachs. Piper Jaffray & Co. served as placement agent.
