• Nozomi Networks Inc, a San Francisco-based provider of real-time cybersecurity and operational visibility for industrial control systems, raised $30 million in Series C funding. Investors include Planven Investments SA, GGV Capital, Lux Capital, Energize Ventures and THI Investments.

• Softomotive, a company focused on Robotic Process Automation (RPA), raised $25 million in Series A funding, from Grafton Capital.

• Netradyne, a San Diego, Calif.-based company developing artificial intelligence technology focusing on driver and fleet safety, raised $21 million in Series B funding. Investors include Reliance Industries Limited (through its subsidiary RIIHL) M12, and Point72 Ventures.

• Guardhat, a Detroit-based internet of things industrial safety technology developer, raised $20 million in Series A funding. RTP Ventures led the round, and was joined by investors including 3M Ventures, Caterpillar Venture Capital, Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund, SVB and DVP.

• LiveSafe, an Arlington, Va.-based provider of a mobile safety communications platform, raised $11 million in Series B-1 funding. Investors include Hearst, Enterprise Investment Partners, L.P, IAC, Dave Duffield, Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund, GXPI, and the Kilberg family.

1366 Technologies, a Bedford, Mass.-based silicon wafer manufacturer, has raised $2.5 million in additional Series C funding from existing shareholder Vorndran Mannheims Capital. Egnyte, a Mountain View, Calif.-based provider of cloud and hybrid cloud file sharing solutions for businesses, has raised $29.5 million in Series D funding. Invitae Corp., a San Francisco-based developer of clinical genetic tests for hereditary disorders, has raised $40 million in Series E funding. Backers include Genomic Health Inc., Randy Scott, Thomas McNerney & Partners, Redmile Group, Genesys Capital and Casdin Capital. www.invitae.com

Koru, a provider of workplace readiness learning for recent college grads, has raised $4.35 million in new VC funding. Maveron led the round, and was joined by Battery Ventures, First Round Capital and A16Z Seed. www.joinkoru.com

Lagoa, a Boston-based 3D cloud computing startup, has raised $5.3 million in Series A funding. Atlas Venture led the round, and was joined by Siemens and Real Ventures. www.lagoa.com

Loop Commerce, a San Francisco-based gifting service, has expanded its Series A round from $7 million to $12 million, with the addition of new investor PayPal. Prior investors included angels like Mark Carges (eBay CTO), Don Katz (CEO at Audible) and Michael Scharff, (ex-SVP of retail at Toys “R” Us). www.loopcommerce.com

nWay, a San Francisco-based massively multiplayer online gaming startup, has raised $5 million in new VC funding. TransLink Capital led the round, and was joined by Cowboy Ventures, Baseline Ventures, Harrison Metal, WI Harper Group, XG Ventures and Zhen Fund. www.nway.com

Ooyala, a Mountain View, Calif.-based provider of video streaming, analytics and monetization solutions, has raised $43 million in new funding from existing shareholder Telstra. Other company backers include Sierra Ventures, Rembrandt Venture Partners and CID Group. www.ooyala.com

StarMaker Interactive, a San Francisc-based maker of mobile singing games, has raised $4 million in Series A funding from Qualcomm Ventures and iGlobe Partnerswww.starmakerstudios.com

The Orange Chef Co., a San Francisco-based connected kitchen startup, has raised $1.2 million in seed funding. Fantasy sports are played by 35 million people in North America, but the market hasn’t been very innovative.
