JD’s Raw Brain Dump: I have seen Motorola, McKesson Corporation, and many other 800 pound gorillas kill many good companies with their term sheets for the intellectual property! Did Light ( www.Light.co ) pick the best investors?  I think Google could be an amazing investor as possible buyer of the technology or it could be future IP play for Google (i.e. the devil is in the details of the term sheet).
