2. Howard Midstream Energy Partners raises $300M Series B round
Based in San Antonio, Texas, the midstream energy company operates natural gas transportation and processing facilities. Alberta Investment Management Corporation, the sole backer in the round, has also committed to purchase an additional $200M in future shares.
3. Denali Therapeutics raises $130M Series B round
Focused on neurodegenerative disease, the South San Francisco, California-based biotech firm raised from Baillie Gifford & Co.
4. Quanergy Systems raises $90M Series B round
The solid-state LiDAR developer provides detection solutions for autonomous vehicles and raised at a $1.6B post-money valuation. Backers in the round included Delphi Automotive, GP Capital, Motus Ventures, Samsung Ventures, and Sensata Technologies.
5. InCred Finance raises $74M Private Equity round
The round to the India-based loans company was led by former Deutsche Bank co-CEO Anshu Jain, along with private equity firms.
6. ClearCare raises $60M Series C round
The company develops software platform for private home care agencies and raised from Battery Ventures.
7. LendUp raises $48M Series C round
Raising at a $500M valuation, investors in the lending company included Bronze Investments, Data Collective, Google Ventures, QED Investors, Radicle Impact, Susa Ventures, SV Angel, Thomvest Ventures, and Y Combinator.
8. Daling raises $45M Series C round
The China-based e-commerce platform raised from Capital Today, IDG Capital Partners, and Sequoia Capital China, among others.
9. Panopto raises $43M Private Equity round
The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based video management software developer raised from Sterling Partners and was also granted a line of credit from Square 1 Bank.
10. Mosaic raises $41M round
The solar power financial marketplace is based in Oakland, California.
